Secretary's Report: Minutes read and approved (Phillips/McDaniel)

Treasurer's Report: Updated budget sheet provided at meeting. Banquet cost still pending.

Coach's Report: Win-loss statistics as follows: 7th grade: 18 wins 2 losses. 8th grade 18 wins with no losses. JV with 11 wins and 6 losses. Varsity with 18 wins and 10 losses.

Inventory has been completed. We have 40 Helmets for next yr, 12 pullovers and 8 bat bags. Team Camp and Summer leagues are finalized. Payment due by June 1st.

President: We still have an outstanding check that is due from the Boosters. (Basketball event). We are in need of softball club officers for next year. Especially the positions for Secretary and Treasurer. Please contact Lori Sanders before the June meeting if you are interested. Voting for officers for 2007/2008 will occur at the next meeting in June. The 07/08 budget will be due by October. There will be no July meeting this summer.

Banquet information: Volunteers are Barb Durthaler, Mrs Patrini, Mrs Hare and Mary Faust. Vicki Phillips in charge of gifts and program.
