Updated budget sheet presented. Net available funds are $5,445.24. Motion to approve by Phillips/Widner

Coaches (Molly Feesler)
Conditioning started last week. Conditioning will continue until tryouts. Emphasis on importance of attending conditioning sessions to prepare players physically and to prevent injuries for the upcoming season. Club Fundraiser will return to Varsity Gold (coupons for participating vendors). HUB tournament has been cancelled however will be replaced by the Lancaster tournament instead. Equipment order forms are available through Feb 16th. Students to pick up forms if needed. All equipment is ordered through Homefield Advantage. Meet the team is scheduled for March 18th @ 7pm. Varsity Club sales finalized at that time. Softball committees to be formed at the meeting.

Old Business (Vice President Scott McDaniel)
Review of Banner Sales. Background of banners to be either silver, black or white. Vendors can have input on design but not the colors. Net cost of banner is $85.00 with a $200.00 profit going to the softball club, which is tax exempt. Art Sale net profit pending.

New Business (Vicki Phillips)
Outback Fundraiser set for March 20th. Desserts and drinks to be provided with dinner. Donations are appreciated. Ms Widner to shadow Vicki to be future Booster representative for next year. We will also need a banner sales rep for next year .Wings-n-Things fundraiser to occur Feb 12th and 13th, 3pm-11pm for dine in or take out. Look for Coupon by email to present when ordering. Print out coupon and write in players name for credit of sale. Prairie Candle sales Deadline for orders is on Feb 23rd. Half of total sale will be profit for the player. Contact Ms. Baylor for details. Items available for Panther clothing sale (team spirit wear) obtain order forms if interested. Deadline for orders is March 9th.

End of the season Banquet to be catered, which has not yet be decided upon.
