Secretary's Report: Thank you cards mailed out for golf outing contributors.  Minutes approved: Gamby/Wentz. Addendum: Please accept my apology for lack of detail with these meeting minutes as I have experienced computer issues and had to type this at the last minute.

Treasures Report: $285.00 confirmed from Wine Guy fundraiser. $161.00 cost of port-a-johns with $1000.00 from Ohio Classics. Field invoice $3450.00. Balance =$10,000.

Coach's Report: Field work day a success. Brick dust appplied. Pitching clinics started.  National Fastpitch Association awards, ranked #48 Nationally for highest GPA's. Open Fields are on Wed. Bus Company decided for Destin. Cleveland Southeastern trails. Cost = $ 8,450.00. Safety record checked. Will secure and obtain a contract. Deposit needed by Dec 15th.

New Business.

Pointsettia fundrasier to be completed in November. See Separate email for details. Barnes and Noble Fundraiser in December. See Separate email for details. Barnes will supply wrapping paper, tape and scissors along with a tip jar. Vouchers will be given out or B&N purchases for Nov. 26th only. Softball player will receive a percentage of those purchases on that day, as a fundraising credit. Print voucher off of email that was sent.

Banner sales/ Flyers to be completed this week.

Outback Steak House Fundraiser/ March 14th is date of choice with 2nd date being March 20th. $15.00 per meal for pick-up or dine in at school cafeteria. Potential dollars earned = $2000.00
