Secretary's Report:

New Booster Secretary is Sherry Speer

Treasurer's Report:

Booster check = $400.00, Deposit for Bus = $250.00 (paid), Still have Senior tree expense. Motion to approve-Phillips/Wentz

Coach's Report:

More field work yet to be completed, when schedule and weather permits. 3 Seniors signed for softball, Tonia Brown, Emily Phillips and Adrienne King. Lifting starts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bus Company for Destin has been secured.

Old Business:

Fundraising- Book fair fundraiser at Barnes and Noble this Sunday! See separate email for details and coupon. Poinsettia money has been turned in. Softball club receives $5.20 per poinsettia as profit. Barnes and Noble giftwrapping session reminder! See separate email for schedules and details. May need students/players to help deliver some out of town poinsettias. Fundraising credits may be earned for delivery help. Delivery date for Pointsettias is December 2nd.

More Fundraising info:

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE: Still trying to contact manager to lock in date.

BANNERS: pamphlets are completed and available for potential advertisers. Deadline for banner applications will be the end of Feb 07. See email for clarification regarding fundraising credits with banners.

DONATOS PIZZA: December 4th,5th and 6th. Dine in or pick up. Delivery orders not included!10% of pizza sales on that day will go toward specified player. Players name must be written on pizza receipt for credit. Look for email flyer. Players and parents may print up email flyer for advertisement of this fundraiser. Email flyer to be sent in the near future.

ART SALE AT PICK NORTH:Multi sport involvement. Softball included. December 17th from 12-5pm. Bob Wentz to coordinate this event. Workers may be needed.

JAN. 07 FUNDRAISER: The Prairie Candle company. ( Comparible to Yankee Candles) Players receive 50% of all sales. Player will be provided sample candles to show potential buyers.There is no charge for shipping. Deadline for orders on Jan 28th. May coordinate candle sales with a school event to increase earning potential. Clients will receive candles in mid Feb of 07. Samantha Baylor will send in a Master order sheet for all orders.
