Secretary's Report: (Kelly Sanders)

Discussed email problems and corrections that were being made. Minutes read and approved by Wentz/Widner

Treasurer's Report: (Ken Furlong)

$10,275 balance, with $1460.00 incoming funds, paid $722.00 for poinsettias with a profit of $738.00. $150.00 tip money from Barnes and Nobles. Received Donatos banner money. Money for the Senior trees discussed.  Motion to approve; Widner/McDaniel

Coaches Report: (Molly Feesler)

Weight lifting sessions in progress on Tuesdays and Thursdays along with Pitchers and Catchers clinics with Coach from DeSales. Community Service project reviewed. Ten gift/supply boxes sent to soldiers in Iraq along with handwritten notes from the students. Change in school policy regarding sports banquets. All celebrations are to be held in school facilities ie, Jr High, which has been reserved. Option still available to have Villa Milano provide catering. Will form banquet committee @ next meeting. Must have one parent from each grade level to volunteer.

Old Business: (Lori Sanders - President)

Barnes and Nobles sales profit came to $85.60 not including tip money. Review of Banner Sales as follows: Money to be sent to Coach Feesler, then forwarded to Ken Furlong. Notify Lori Sanders for purposes of proper credit toward player that is responsible for the sale. Send Banner Logo electronically with cc: Vicki Phillips. Banner sale dollar amount toward player, is estimated at this point and will be adjusted accordingly. Donatos fundraiser profits came to $47.58 with total sales of $475.80.  Art Sale profits are pending.

New Business: (Todd Phillips)

Outback Steakhouse fundraiser date set for March 20th. Banner for Outback to be donated by club. Future fundraiser to include Wings-n-things (Widner). Look for more information by email. Also candle sale in Feb. (Baylor).
