Secretary (Kelly Sanders): Meeting minutes read and approved. Motion to approve Furlong/Phillips

Treasurer (Ken Furlong): Budget Updated, refer to printed handout. Balance due for charter bus has been paid. Motion to approve: Gamby/Brown

Coach (Molly Feesler): Tryouts to begin during the first week of March, which will be primarily to evaluate players. Introducing Stephanie Stapleton who will be a volunteer strength and conditioning coach. Ms Stapleton is a former player for Coach Feesler from DeSales and has various collegiate experiences as well. Maps are available for the Destin trip if needed. Meet the Team will be held March 18th at 7pm. Softball calendars are still available for parents if needed. Varsity Gold Fundraiser starts Saturday 3-9-07. Blitz day scheduled for 3-17-07 for any unsold coupon books. Prizes to be awarded at Meet the team Night.

Old Business: Review Banner Sales. Brochures are still available for potential clients. No deadline for this fundraiser. Contact Vicki Phillips for more information. Will need a volunteer to step up for next year to head future banner sales. Candle Sales: Finalized today. Turn in money to Samantha Baylor. Player receives half of all total individual sales. Lori Sanders will keep track of money earned. Money is turned into Ken Furlong. Art Sale: Total Profit: $ 113.00 to softball club. The “Wings-n-Things” fundraiser is still pending.

New Business: (Vicki Phillips) Outback Steak House Fundraiser set for 3-20-07 promptly @ 6:30pm. Tickets to be sold by players. Each ticket purchased will redeem a dinner that includes: 1 Steak, baked potato, salad, dessert and drink. Jay Bruestle to donate bottled drinks. Desserts provided by Christy's desserts.  Need donations for dinner rolls, which will also be included.  Earning potential is approx. $2000.00.  Dinners can be dine in or take out. All players are required to work from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Location: Pick. North HS. If purchase is made by check, make check out to Pickerington North Fastpitch club. Clothing Sale: (VP Scott McDaniel) Order Forms are available to purchase spirit wear clothing for softball. Orders due on 3-9-07.

Spring Flower Sale: (Frank Hare heading this) For Easter, 6 inch-potted flowers are available for $7.00 each. Same Company used for the Poinsettias. Money is due on Meet the Team day. (This flyer was set out by email with order forms)

Smoothie King: (Mrs. Gamby) Discussed details to sell at softball games (home games only) Unanimously voted by all who attended meeting, to use this fundraiser.

Notes from VP Scott McDaniel: Bring softball calendar to “Meet the Team”. Will have opportunity for concession sign ups. Will form Banquet committee. Also discussed need for Booster Rep to provide concession supplies this year, as the Doran Family did much of that last year and their daughter has graduated.
