Secretary (Kelly Sanders) Minutes read and approved. Motion to approve Furlong/Faust

Treasurer ( Ken Furlong) $10,309 cash balance with $2,213 put aside for capital improvements. Trip cost $ 13,999 with approx. $ 540 in groceries and misc. $14,539 total cost of trip. $11,000 in player contributions. Leaving $8,000 left which includes money for field maint. for next yr. Motion to approve: Wentz/Gamby

Coaches Report: ( Molly Feesler)Varsity with 11 wins and 6 losses. Ranked 8th in state and 2nd in district. Tournament draw is pending. Thanks to all who helped chaparone the players in Florida. The Athletic Dept. paid for the tournament. Discussed with members to donate money back to the department. The agreed amount was to donate $500.00 to the Athletic Dept. from the Softball Club. Unanimous vote for that amount, approved by all who attended. Motion to approve: L Sanders/McDaniel

President Report ( Lori Sanders ) Senior Night will occur April 30th, after the game. Ceremony with pictures. Coupons for free hot dogs to be distributed by players to deliver to school mates, teachers and friends. Phillips in charge of cake and balloons. Faust in charge of plates, forks and table cloth. Molly will get the table for the cake and the cooler. We will use the pop that is leftover from the Quad tourney, on the 28th. Picture Day!!!!!! April 30th for all players @3:15pm.

Old Business: 13 total banner sales to date. Outback Banner in place. Booster check for players from working the basketball is pending. Per Lori Sanders, this check will be approx. $90.00.

New Business: Quad concessions. April 28th. Gamby and Faust to handle concessions for Quad. 1st game @ noon. Club to purchase own hot dogs and pop for Senior night.

Banquet meeting to occur after softball club meeting tonight.
