Meeting called to order at 6:30pm

SECRETARY’S REPORT - Jan Chandler

TREASURER’S REPORT – Ken Furlong

Current Balance is $9,622.98 which includes $600 received so far for the Banquet reservations and three Sponsorships for the Golf Outing.

COACH’S REPORT – Coach Feesler’s report was read by Coach Henrich

v Varsity was 20-9, District Runner-up, and second in the Conference

JV-A was 15-9 and JV-B was 4-1

v Tryout for Team Camp and Summer League is Friday, May 26 after school. Team Camps are scheduled for June 20-21 and July 11-12. Summer League at Central will be Tuesdays and Thursdays in June.

v Coach Feesler has a meeting this week to access the fields. Two fields are left to do, planned for the end of July or August. After discussing the club’s current balance, we may only be able to do one field this year instead of two.

v Trees have been planted for the 2006 Seniors already. Names will follow.

v The sod and outfield grass has been fertilized twice. It all needs to be aerated, over-seeded, top dressed and watered this summer and fall.

VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Lori Sanders

The plans for the “HUB” building are finished and the next step will be to get

estimates from General Contractors. We are still hopeful to break ground and get the foundation started this fall.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Rob Cheripko

v At the last Booster meeting, it was reported that the site for the Ohio High School Softball State Tournament is going out for bids and will likely move to Central Ohio. Pickerington schools may have the opportunity to host the 2008 State Tournament if we can get our facilities in order.

v George Lust is putting the video together now. We discussed possibilities if there should be a sound problem while playing the video at the banquet.

OLD BUSINESS

v We have not received any new Sponsors for the Golf Outing. Vicki Phillips will follow-up and Lori Sanders will get the contact information to her.

v We will be renting our fields once in June and twice in July for tournaments.

v The banquet committee has met and the plans are coming along. Vicki Phillips has designed and put together a program that we will take to a printer. We decided to order 80 this year.

NEW BUSINESS

v Results of the election for next year’s officers are as follows;

President – Lori Sanders

Vice President – Scott McDaniel

Secretary – Kelly Sanders

Treasurer – Ken Furlong

v Vicki Phillips volunteered to be the Booster Rep and the Fundraising Rep.

v We still need a Concession Rep.
