$3700.00 net total for golf outing fundraiser. Wine guy fundraiser net is pending. $285.00 profit?? See spread sheets for golf outing break down. Budget balance as of 9/29= $11,916.93. Motion to approve by Phillips and Styles.

Coaches report: (Molly Feesler)

Ohio Classics to use facility this weekend. Donation given for use of fields. Brick dust may be used on the JV field for experimental purposes and cost. Reminder to parents that the softball packet handout was given to players with info regarding upcoming season.

Old Business: (Lori Sanders/President)

Golf outing dollars clarified: $2500.00 from outing goes into budget. $1200.00 goes towards Destin trip. Fundraising credit examples given and explained. Credits are tracked on a spread sheet.

New Business: (Vicki Phillips)

Banner update: Promotional brochure reviewed and accepted. Parents and players may give to area businesses if interested. Outback update: Dates for dinner @ Pick North are possibly March 14th or 20th. Net profit should be $2500.00.

(Wentz) New fundraisers in the works as follows: Greenhouse sales for Poinsettias, Barnes and Noble giftwrapping sessions scheduled for 1st and 2nd weekends of December. Dates could possibly change. Signs ups offered to players and parents. Percentage of sales on those days at Barnes and Noble to go to softball club. Fundraising credits can be earned for both the Poinsettia sales and gift wrapping sessions. ( Faust) Feather Your Nest shopping day, which could coincide with Christmas season. Percentage of sales would go to softball club.

Football parking workers: reminder for Wentz, Gamby, King. Oct 27th @ 5:45pm.
